Complying Development Preliminary Assessments are to ascertain if a proposed set of plans or proposed type of development can be fully assessed under the the fast track approval process or if it needs to be a Development application through Council. The development will be assessed against but not limited to;

• 88b Instruments

• Deposited Plans

• 10.7 Planning Certificates

• Local Environmental Plans

Preliminary CDC assessments can be undertaken for many types of development including New Dwellings, Alterations & Additions, Pools, Sheds, New Industrial Sheds and Commercial Premises.
